Definitely a great experience! Contacted Alex and Lupe from a close friend who referred Professional Painting. They came the next day and presented the quote for me on the spot. I signed up and they properly covered all of my furniture and when I needed to get in areas they were very accommodating and worked around me. I will call them to paint my exterior next year but these guys were fantastic! Very professional and very true to their word. I havent experienced a professional contractor like this in Mcdonough yet. They usually just show up and go and just tell me a price. Nothing but good things to say about this company. This was my first time ever having a home professionally painted, so I was clueless going into the process. I had no idea what to expect, but they made everything so easy from start to finish.

Alejandro was quick to come for my walk through and get me an estimate, explained the entire process in a way I could understand, and set clear expectations from the beginning. I asked like a million questions, and every question was answered thoroughly with patience. I never felt like I was being rushed or talked down to. He and the crew took the time to make sure I understood everything and went above and beyond to accommodate everything I wanted.

The communication throughout the project was fantastic. They always kept me updated, showed up when they said they would, and treated my home with respect. I can tell they take pride in their work because the care and attention to detail was incredible.

The finished product was shocking. I didn’t realize how much a fresh coat of paint would transform my home, but I have fallen back in love with my house. It feels brighter & cleaner… like a completely new space. After living here for a while and feeling like it was time for a change, I am overwhelmingly pleased with my result.

If you’re looking for a painting company that’s professional, knowledgeable, honest, and made up of good people, I would recommend them without hesitation. They exceeded every expectation I had and made what started as an overwhelming experience feel exciting instead. Update: After reading the owner's response, I want to say that my review was never about whether Professional Painting LLC performed the work. My review has always been about the complete lack of communication.

If the Sherwin-Williams representative was unavailable, that's completely understandable. The issue is that this was never communicated to me. After the initial consultation, my text messages went unanswered, my phone calls were never returned, and I received no updates for nearly three weeks. Ironically, the only communication I received during that entire period came immediately after I posted my review.

Instead of acknowledging the communication issue, the owner's response continues to focus on another painting contractor and the fact that Professional Painting LLC never performed the work. Neither of those points has anything to do with my review.

After I posted my review, the owner immediately called and texted me. Rather than trying to understand or resolve my concerns, I found the tone of the conversation to be angry and confrontational. I found that to be very unprofessional.

I would also encourage fellow business owners to be extra cautious. Shortly after I posted my review, a negative review appeared on our business from a personal account. In my opinion, this was a retaliatory response rather than an attempt to address my concerns professionally.

Delays happen, schedules change, and appointments need to be rescheduled. A simple text message or phone call would have been enough. If communication is this poor before a project even begins, I would seriously consider that when deciding whether to hire this company.

Update 2: The owner's response is misleading and does not accurately reflect my experience.

We requested estimate for painting more than five buildings because we were genuinely considering Professional Painting LLC for the project. We also asked whether a Sherwin-Williams rep could provide a second opinion regarding an unrelated paint failure, as that is a service Sherwin-Williams commonly provides for free. This assessment is handled independently by SW and required little to no contribution from Professional Painting LLC. Characterizing my request as primarily an attempt to obtain documentation related to a previous work is simply inaccurate. The owner’s entire narrative regarding our interaction is entirely fabricated.

The owner also states that they were transparent about the representative's availability. Again, as discussed in my review, that was not my experience.

Rather than addressing the communication issue, the response relies on dishonesty to question my motives and now even recommends that other contractors not work with me. I'll let readers decide for themselves.

Original Review: The experience with Professional Painting LLC started off very well but quickly went downhill. The initial consultation was great, and they took the time to explain the different options. It was also mentioned that a Sherwin-Williams rep could come out later that week or early the following week to provide recommendations. Unfortunately, communication completely stopped after that.
